My Favorite Images / “Cinnamon” Black Bear

Over 50 % of all the black bears in Yellowstone National Park have a “Cinnamon” color tint to their coats. This beautiful black bear was feeding on  grass roots and digging up grubs and insects in a small meadow. Black bears are omnivorous; their diet consists of about 75 percent vegetable matter, 15 percent carrion, and 10 percent insects and small mammals.
