Flowering Dogwood Trees | Great Smoky Mountains National Park

The early spring pink and white blossoms of the graceful dogwood, native to eastern North America, provide one of the loveliest displays of the season throughout the Southeast and here in the mountains of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I photographed these flowering dogwood trees along the banks of the Middle Prong Little River.
